Our 2015 Impala was in desperate need of detailing. Justin got the interior and exterior looking like it's a 2026 model. He explained exactly what he did. He pointed out spots he couldn't get out of the exterior due to them being etched in the clear coat. He was a great communicator and very polite. Elite mobile auto detailing did an excellent job with our vehicle. It looks and smells like a brand new car from the showroom. He was very diligent in making sure everything was cleaned to perfection. The seats and carpets were steam cleaned as well. Definitely recommend them.
